Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the Deewas app for mobile devices, created by Anh Khoa Nguyen as a free service.

Usage agreement

By downloading or using the application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification of the application or our trademarks, or attempts to extract source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the application remain the property of the service provider.

Modifications and charges

The service provider aims to keep the application useful and efficient, and may modify the application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Data and device security

The application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the application secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged; doing so may expose you to malware, weaken security, and cause the application to malfunction or stop working.

Service provider responsibility

The service provider is not responsible for all situations. Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The service provider is not liable if the application does not work fully because you lack connectivity or have used your data allowance.

While the service provider tries to keep the application accurate and up to date, some information comes from third parties. The service provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss from relying solely on the application's functionality.

Internet and data charges

When you use the application without Wi-Fi, your mobile provider's terms still apply. You may incur data or other charges, including roaming fees if you use the app outside your home region without disabling roaming. You accept responsibility for those charges. If you are not the account holder for the device, you confirm you have the bill payer's permission.

The service provider cannot be responsible for every aspect of how you use the application — for example, keeping your device charged. If the battery dies and you cannot access the service, the service provider is not liable.

Application updates and termination

The service provider may update the application. System requirements may change; you may need to install updates to keep using the application. The service provider does not guarantee that updates will always match your needs or your device's operating system version. You agree to accept offered updates.

The service provider may stop providing the application and end your right to use it at any time, with or without notice. When terminated, unless stated otherwise: (a) the rights and licenses in these terms end; (b) you must stop using the application and delete it from your device if required.

Changes to these terms

The service provider may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You should review this page regularly. Changes will be posted here.
